"What a terrible experience in this store and never had such a horrible experience with any other sports shop before. The staff didn't have any clue about anything they sell, very incompetent and fooling us by hiding a lot of info including pricing to finish the sale and get a commission. The staff treated us with a lot of disrespect and scolded for no reason. Will never go to this store and don't recommend to anyone who has a self respect and value their time and want a peace of mind. No wonder Roadrunner is going downhill and losing their most valuable customers to their competitors."
